The Feir house project!
Several
sets of poles and shelves are added and some adjustable shelves are addes
on the left wall for shoes and things.
Being
a small Old house there isn't much closet space. So one of the three bedrooms
is turned into a wallk -in closet!
In
the kitchen the old wallpaper is stripped so wainscote, moldings, and paint
can be applied.
With
the wainscote applied some moldings and a new table and top, the corner takes
on a new look.
The
Laundry area in the kitchen was open and exposed. An old wall cabinet was
hung in the white area for shelf and storage space.
a
Knee wall and the wainscotte are added to seperate the area and give it a
cleaner look.
With the addition of Mica topped shelves to match the new table top a functional prep and storage area are now available for use.
Some
other modifications like new louvered doors, new sink in the kitchen and a
new sink vanity combination in the down stairs bath. A new wood screen door
to match the character of the house, and some other little projects, make
for a fine start to a new home for Sherman and Pam!
